Yes, with no limits. You can download company reports and financial statements for any Italian company (clients, suppliers, partners, competitors). Credits are tied to your account, not to a specific company.
The main difference concerns price, speed and the type of use:
- Single purchase: you pay the list price for each document. Delivery is not immediate (from 1 to 48 hours depending on the time of the request).
- Business packages (plans): you pay a fixed monthly fee and receive credits to spend. Documents cost much less (for example a company report costs 10 credits) and delivery is immediate (a few seconds).
The service is reserved for companies and VAT number holders.
Credits are the currency included in your package: instead of paying in euros each time, you use credits.
- 10 credits: standard company report, XBRL financial statements.
- 14 credits: historical company report, company financial statements, historical financial statements and other complex documents.
Yes. Credits are valid for one month: you have 30 days to use them (except for offer packages). At the end of the month or when the subscription renews, unused credits are reset and the counter restarts with the new month's credits. This system guarantees the lowest price on the market.
With Business packages the document is available immediately (within about 2 minutes). The request is forwarded in real time to the official Companies Register database and the file appears straight away in your client area.
- With a subscription: since the download is immediate, the credit is deducted straight away and the operation cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- With a single purchase: if you notice the mistake and contact us immediately (before the document is processed), we can try to correct the request manually.
The difference lies in the number of credits included and the actual cost per document: larger packages include more credits at a lower unit cost, ideal for professional firms that request many documents.
Absolutely. For subscriptions the invoice is issued automatically every month; for single purchases you receive a receipt or invoice by email. As a B2B service we regularly issue electronic invoices: make sure you enter your SDI code or PEC address correctly in your profile.
If you do not have a subscription, choose the document, fill in the company details and pay directly. An operator or the system will process the request: you will receive the file by email and in your dashboard within 1-3 hours (during business hours) or up to 24-48 hours on public holidays.
Yes, you can use your credits for the whole catalogue:
- Company reports: standard (10 credits), historical (14 credits), in English (14 credits).
- Financial statements: annual accounts (14 credits), historical scanned (14 credits), XBRL (10 credits).
